Terms & Conditions:
- Credits are non-refundable once purchased
- Credits expire according to the package terms, counted from the first booking date. First booking can be made max 30 days after purchase (can buy now for later use)
- Credits are non-sharable and may only be used by the registered user
- Cancellations must be made at least 10 hours before class
- Late cancellations will result in credit forfeiture
- No-shows or late arrival for more than 10 minutes will result in credit forfeiture
- We may take photos and videos of members for marketing purposes
- By attending classes, you confirm that you are in good health and have no condition that may prevent you from joining Bodyform’s classes
- You hereby release and discharge Bodyform from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in fitness activities and the use of facilities at Bodyform.
