BodyForm offers two experiences:

Bodyformer — slow, controlled resistance training that sculpts muscle, builds strength, and improves alignment
Inferno — infrared-heated workouts that increase burn, circulation, and mobility

All classes are supported by real-time heart-rate monitoring, ensuring every workout stays effective, controlled, and safe.

Together, they create a balanced training method that is intentional, results-driven, and sustainable.
