Yes. Bodyform meets you where you are. Movements are guided, adjustable, and designed to feel both approachable and effective.

Wear comfortable activewear and bring a water bottle. Everything else is prepared for you.

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early, especially for your first visit, so you can settle in comfortably.

Classes & Method

Not exactly. While we value control and alignment, BodyForm is strength-focused and designed to deliver visible toning through resistance, heat, and precision movement.

The BodyFormer is a precision strength machine designed for slow, controlled resistance. It allows muscles to work deeper and more effectively while supporting safe, measurable training.

Inferno is a heated mat workout that blends strength, rhythm, and flow. Infrared heat enhances circulation and muscle activation, creating a deeply engaging experience.

Yes. Classes are guided by trained instructors and supported by heart-rate monitoring so intensity stays within safe limits.

Results & Frequency

Heart-Rate Tracking & Technology

The heart-rate device helps you train with awareness. It tracks how your body responds during class, so intensity stays effective, controlled, and aligned with your fitness level.

Simply wear the device before class begins. It connects automatically and works quietly in the background while you move—no interaction required during the workout.

During class, your heart rate is displayed in real time, allowing you (and your instructor) to understand effort levels as you train. This helps guide pacing, rest, and intensity—especially in heated Inferno classes.

After class, you’ll be able to review key metrics such as time spent in heart-rate zones and overall training effort. These insights help you understand how hard you worked and how your body adapts over time.
